Pepper's Tuna Casserole

1 can (6-1/2 oz.) water-packed tuna
1/2 cup diced onion
6 oz. egg noodles
1 can (10-1/2 oz.) light cream of mushroom soup
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
2 slices light sandwich cheese

Instructions

Cook noodles; drain. Mix in all ingredients and top with the cheese. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
