Kim's Fried Corn

1 md. yellow onion, diced
5 to 6 slices bacon
1 md. green bell pepper, diced
2 cans whole kernel corn, undrained

Instructions

In a large skillet, fry bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and allow it to drain.

Sauté diced onion and green bell pepper in the bacon drippings. Sauté until tender and onions are opaque.

Add whole kernal corn (undrained). Crumble the bacon fried earlier and add to the skillet. Mix well and sauté on medium heat stirring frequently until liquid is evaporated.

Makes a good side dish with pork.
