Creamy Clam Chowder

3 cans clams, drained
1 qt. Half and Half
4 baking potatoes
1/2 cup butter
1 pkg. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/3 cup parsley
1 cup water

Instructions

Fry and crumble bacon. Drain grease from bacon leaving a bit to sauté onion. In large pot combine Half and Half, butter, clams, onion and parsley. Bring to a boil; add potatoes and bacon. Cook on medium heat for 30 mintues or until potatoes are done.

Author's Comments

Very good on a cold night. Serve with oyster crackers.
