1 box lemon Jell-O
1 can can crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped apples
1 cup chopped celery
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup Cool Whip

Instructions

Mix pineapple with juice and sugar in small saucepan and boil for 3 minutes. Mix cream cheese and Jell-O with electric mixer. (Leave Jell-O in powder form). Mix with pineapple mixture. Cool in freezer for a few minutes. Mix apples, celery, and nuts with cream cheese mixture. Add Cool Whip and stir well. Pour in large casserole. Refrigerate until set.
