1-1/2 lb. cubed chuck steak
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup chopped shallots
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp. rosemary
1 tbsp. parsley
1/4 cup wine
Salt and Pepper

Instructions

Melt butter in a large pot. Brown beef over medium-high heat. Sprinkle with rosemary, parsley, salt and pepper. Add shallots. Add soup, broth, wine. Simmer covered on low for 1 hour or until meat is very tender.
