1 cup raw rice
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 lg. green bell pepper, minced
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt, or
to taste

Instructions

Cook rice according to rice directions, adding parsley during the last five minutes of cooking. Keep warm. Sauté green bell pepper in butter until tender. Add green bell pepper, grated onion and salt to the rice. Stir well; serve hot.
