Ingredients

5 lbs. chicken breasts without skin (or legs, thighs)
1 pkg. onion soup mix
3/4 to 1 lb. Russian salad dressing
8 oz. apricot preserves or
jam

Instructions

Mix last 3 ingredients, pour over chicken. Cook in crockpot for 6-8 hours
on low or 4-5 hours on high. Serve over rice if desired.

easy & quick to make. I felt like it had a great flavor, but was too salty. The crockpot also caused some of the sauce to be extremely sticky & tough. Maybe lower the cooking time to keep from over boiling sauce? Other than that, delicious.
