1 lb. Shrimp
1 oz. Cooking oil
1 tbsp. Onion; chopped
1 tbsp. Garlic; chopped
1 tbsp. Chives; chopped
1 tbsp. Ginger; freshly ground
1 oz. Chile pepper of choice;

Salt to taste

Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet. Saute onions, garlic, chives, ginger and chile for three minutes, stirring constantly. Add shrimp and cover. Cook for four minutes. Add salt. Serve hot with steamed rice.
