Twice-Baked Potatoes

4 potatoes, cleaned and baked
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tsp. dill weed
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Clean and bake the potatoes until soft. Remove from oven and cut in half, lengthwise. Scoop out the flesh and mash well in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients, whipping until fluffy. Pile back into the potato skins 1/8 in each half potato, sprinkle with paprika. heat in the oven to searing heat. Can be assembled earlier and heated when needed. Enjoy.
