The Teriyaki Chicken Recipe

2 lbs. chicken thighs
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 Tablespoon ginger
2-1/2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 clove garlic mashed


Marinate the chicken from 30-60 minutes.

Broil or barbeque the chicken. Broil chicken thighs with bones no skin 10 minutes on each side and then turn the oven to 350 for another 10 minutes. Deboned skinless thighs take just the broiling 10 minutes a side.
