The Best Chocolate Cake

473.18 ml. sugar
9.86 ml. baking soda
4.93 ml. salt
118.29 ml. cocoa
236.59 ml. milk
2 eggs
9.86 ml. vanilla
236.59 ml. vegetable oil
236.59 ml. hot water*


Mix ingredients in order listed, except hot water. When well mixed, add hot water and mix well.**

Pour into 13x9-inch pan that has been sprayed with pan spray. Bake about 45 minutes at 350°F until toothpick comes out clean. Let cake cool. Frost with your favorite frosting.

I wouldn't call this cake decadent, but it is easy and very good! Here is a recipe for homemade chocolate cake that is moist and wonderful. It was the only cake the kids wanted when they were still at home!

* If you like mocha flavor, use hot coffee.

** This batter will be a liquid that turns into the moistest chocolate cake you have ever eaten!
