Sweet Potato Toast with Yoghurt & Berries

If you prefer a sweet breakfast to a savoury one then this delectable dish is for you. It is ready in 5 minutes, totally delicious and super healthy – what’s not to love?




1 slice of sweet potato
2 tsp. Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp. blueberries
1 tbsp. raspberries
1 tsp. pomegranate


1.Place the sliced sweet potato in the toaster or under the grill until it has cooked through.
2.Top with the Greek yoghurt and fruit to serve.
