In a medium pan, heat the oil to just below smoking. Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Add the steaks to the pan and cook about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove and keep warm.
I tried the dish just last week. The recipe was on the Phantom Gourmet T.V. Show here in Boston. It was so good that I just wanted to pass it on to every one.<br />
