Fresh leaf spinich
1/2 pkg. bacon
Sunflower seeds
3 hard boiled eggs
1 can mandarin orange slices, drained
Honey dijon mustard dressing, to taste

Instructions

Wash spinich and let dry. Rip into bite size pieces. Cook bacon until crunchy. Set bacon on paper towel to get rid of extra grease. Rip or cut bacon into small bits. Add remaining ingredients, and add dressing to taste.
