Sesame Salad Dressing

This delicious salad dressing is super easy to make, really nutritious and won’t add crazy amounts of calories to your salad.

50g/2oz coconut oil
5 tbsp. coconut aminos
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
1 shallot, peeled and sliced
1 garlic clove

Instructions

1.Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until well combined.
2.Place in a container with a lid and refrigerate until serving (should last approximately 5 days if stored in an airtight container).
