Roasted New Potatoes with Rosemary

3 lbs. new potatoes, cut into wedges
3 cloves garlic, smashed
1/4 cup rosemary chopped
Salt, pepper, oil, parmesan

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 450F. In a bowl toss the potatoes with the garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, and oil. Roast in the oven till potatoes are slightly brown and cooked through. Grate some parmesan on the top and serve.
