1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup oil
2 pkg. dry yeast
6 cups flour
2 cups warm (around 110°F) water

Instructions

Dissolve yeast in water. Let stand for 5-10 minutes. Add oil, sugar and salt; mix. Add flour; mix and knead until smooth. Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover and let stand 1 hour to rise. Knead mixture again for 4-6 minutes. Cover and let stand 45 minutes. Knead and seperate dough into 2 balls. Place ball in center of pizza pan and use to palms to flatten dough out in circular motions. Place pizza ingredients on top. Bake at 450°F for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
