1 lb. ground lamb
3/4 cup pesto
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp. balsamic vinager
2 tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

Mix well. Put in a loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
