1 recipe pizza dough
1 recipe pizza sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 lb. sliced pepperoni *
1/2 lb. sliced provolone cheese
2 jalapeños, sliced
1/4 cup shredded Pecorino Romano cheese
1/4 cup shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Basil
Oregano
Olive oil

Instructions

Prepare pizza dough and spread onto pizza pan. Cover with pizza sauce. Sprinkle garlic over sauce. Place provolone atop sauce. Place pepperoni atop provolone. Place jalapeños over pepperoni, being sure to spread the slices out so they are not clumped together. Sprinkle the shredded cheeses over top. Garnish with dried basil and oregano. Brush crust lightly with olive oil. Bake at 425°F for around 20 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown.

* Use the sandwich-sized slices of pepperoni, often found in the deli.

Great recipe Ryan! I made 5 of them at work and I had to hide a slice for my self before it was gone. Next time I'll make it at home and have the whole thing to my self.
