Combine all ingredients. Press into a 9x13-inch pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.
Beat ingredients until smooth then pour into cooled crust.
Drain and cut pears into wedges. Lay wedges on cream cheese mixture in rows. Combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle on pears. Bake and 350°F for 25 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
