Heat oven to 375°F. Cream Crisco, peanut butter, sugars, milk and vanilla in large bowl at medium speed until well blended. Beat in egg. Combine flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Mix into creamed mixture. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten in criss-cross pattern with fork dipped in flour. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until done. Remove to cooling rack.
