2 lbs. boneless chicken, cut into pieces
4 tbsp. rice flour or
all-purpose flour
4 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. sugar
5 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 eggs
1/4 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together, except chicken. Pour over chicken pieces and stir well. Refrigerate to marinate at least 5 hours.

Heat approximately 1-inch cooking oil in a skillet. Brown chicken in oil on all sides.
