Mom's Best Meatloaf

1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
1 md. onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. ketchup
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. dill weed
Additional ketchup, to taste


In large bowl, combine first 12 ingredients; mix well. Press into 8x1x2-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Drizzle top of loaf with ketchup; bake 15 minutes more or until no pink remains.
