In a 2 quart glass dish, combine dry ingredients. Add water and oil until well mixed. Microwave high 3-4 minutes, stirring every minute until thick and lumpy. Cool on flat plate. Knead on floured surface until smooth. Store in covered jar in refrigerator 1-2 weeks.
