Low-Fat Taco Supreme

1 lb. ground turkey breast
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can fat free refried beans
12 corn tortilla shells, steamed
Fat free cottage cheese or
sour cream
1 cup lettuce, shredded
2 lg. tomatoes, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped


In large nonstick skillet over high heat, cook turkey until done, place turkey in colander and rinse with hot water. Wash skillet and return turkey to nonstick skillet. Add tomato sauce and taco seasoning; cook until thickened. Meanwhile, in small nonstick saucepan over low heat, warm beans; stir occasionally. In each taco shell, put equal amounts of meat, beans, cottage cheese or sour cream, lettuce, tomato and onions. Top with salsa.
