This is a wonderful, light and tasty chicken dish. Quick and easy and works well with a rice or pasta side dish. John did a great job with this one. P.

Wonderful taste. A refreshing way to serve chicken. You could easily make four servings with the ingredients listed.

Very good taste to the chicken. Light and not to sweet. Ingredients make more sauce than you will need.

Since there was so much extra sauce I decided to get a little creative. I diced up, and sauted, some green peppers, celery and cucumbers to create a sort of relish to serve along with the chicken, adding texture.
