Japanese Cabbage Salad

1/4 head savoy cabbage, shopped
1 green onion, chopped
1 carrot, grated
1/8 qt. sunflower seeds, toasted/salted
1/8 qt. sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 pkg. chicken flavoured ichiban noodles, crushed (save the seasoning pkg for the dressing)

Dressing

1/8 qt. oil
1/8 qt. soy sauce
1/8 qt. vinegar
1/8 qt. sugar
1/2 pkg. ichiban soup seasoning mix

Instructions

Combine all salad ingredients together in a bowl. In another bowl, mix together all dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over salad and toss well to coat.
