1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
1/3 cup chopped parsley leaves
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 jalapeños, quartered
2 tsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
1/2 tsp. salt


Place all the ingredients in a food processor fitted with a steel blade and blend until very finely chopped. Store covered in the refrigerator.
