1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. finely minced onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. sugar substitute

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving over tossed salad.
