Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
1/4 qt. canned chick peas, drained
1/8 qt. tahini
1/8 qt. lemon juice
1/8 qt. vegetable oil
1/8 qt. water or
chick-pea liquid
1/8 qt. salt
1 dash cayenne

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasonings if necessary. Chill and serve with warm pita bread.

In response to the previous poster, I'm Canadian and entered the recipe normally! I've entered all my recipes normally (cups, teaspoons, etc) and for some reason this site keeps automatically changing it to wacky measurements. =( I've tried editing it!

Foodgeeks automatically converts all ingredients to U.S. measurements by default. This recipe in particular is in metric measurements. If you re-convert the recipe to metric you will see the proper measurements.
