1/4 cup mustard seeds
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish, drained
1 tsp. red pepper flakes

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a blender and whirl until mixture is smooth. Keeps several months in the refrigerator.
