1 can artichoke hearts
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 dash garlic
1 dash pepper
1 dash salt


Mix all ingredients in blender. Put mixture in greased casserole. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F. Use with crackers or toasted bread sticks.

Fabulous dip. Did not add salt & pepper. 2nd time I prepared I added a can of crab meat.

Instead of using 1 cup of mayonnaise - use 1/2 cup cream cheese, 1/4 cup mayo, and 1/4 cup sour cream
ALSO - Adding Baby Spinach is DELICIOUS!
I did not bake either, I served chilled.
