1 egg yolk
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Instructions

Separate the egg yolk from the egg white, and toss the egg white. Place the egg yolk in a mixing bowl and whisk it up. Gradually add olive oil in a steady stream to the egg yolk, whisking vigorously. Whisk in the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
