I made this for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. He simple devoured it. He said it was one of the best dishes yet, which I had made for him. Thank You so much for sharing this recipe with everyone. It was easy to make and tasted remarkable.

simple, quick and delicious. A few notes: I would never use pre-cooked shrimp and then cook it another 12 minutes. I used fresh shrimp and left the shell on as it the keeps the shrimp moist. Added more cayenne (a lot) since it was going on the shell and it came out perfectly (well, I may have put a little too much cayenne for some taste buds!) Highly recommended recipe!

When I added the parmesan and the milk and the butter, the parmesan turned into a big huge lump of 'cheese'. The more I tried to heat it 'to melt it', the worse it became. Otherwise it was very tasty, but don't think I will make it again due to the 'clumping factor', unless you can help me correct this problem.

Awesome! I put a bit more cayenne pepper in because my boyfriend is fond of spicy foods, and he hasn't stopped raving about this sauce ever since. I also used chicken - shrimps are expensive here, but it was really delicious!
