1.18 l. quick-cooking oats
1.18 l. packed brown sugar
1.18 l. all-purpose flour
9.86 ml. ground cinnamon
7.39 ml. baking powder
7.39 ml. baking soda
2.46 ml. salt

Crisp

1 can (21) fruit pie filling or
fresh fruit, if you prefer
59.15 ml. cold butter or
margarine, cut in chunks

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Store in an airtight container (Can be stored in a cool and dry place up to one year).

To make Crisp:
Place pie filling or fresh fruit in 8 inch square pan. Cut butter into 1 cup of topping mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.

This is my favorite fruit crisp topping. It makes a lot, and I love to keep it on hand for a quick dessert.
