Fried Banana with Honey & Cinnamon

1 overripe banana
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. olive oil.


1.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.
2.Slice the banana into small slices (or slice in half lengthways).
3.Add the sliced banana to the frying pan then coat with half of the honey and cinnamon.
4.Fry for 2-3 minutes then flip the banana over and coat the other side with honey and cinnamon. Fry for a further 2-3 minutes.
5.Serve and enjoy!
