1 to 10 loaf (10 oz. each) French bread
8 lg. eggs
3 cups milk
1-1/3 tbsp. sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
Cinnamon sugar
Butter

Instructions

Cut bread into 1" slices. Grease a 13x9" pan with butter. Arrange bread slices in one layer in pan. Beat next five ingredients together and pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and dot with butter. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 45-50 minutes or until bread is bubbly and lightly browned. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes.
