236.59 ml. uncooked rice
1 can (396.89 g.) stewed tomatoes
1 sm. onion, minced
59.15 ml. chopped green pepper
4.93 ml. chili powder
473.18 ml. water


In a large skillet, heat oil and add rice. Saute, stirring for 5 minutes or until evenly browned. Add all ingredients; mix well. Cover with lid; simmer until rice is tender for approximately 30 minutes. Remove lid and let rice dry out.
