Dick's Sausage Soup





2 pkg. hot or
mild Italian sausages, skinned and cut into bite-sized pieces
2 cans (14-1/2) Italian stewed tomatoes
2 cans (15) beef broth
1 can (15) chicken broth
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 md. zucchini, chopped
1 pkg. (16) macaroni, cooked according to pkg. directions


In a large skillet, brown sausage; remove from skillet and drain well. Add onion and celery to skillet, saute until soft; remove from skillet and drain well. Add all ingredients except macaroni to a large kettle; bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Add macaroni and simmer for 10 minutes longer.
