Ingredients

12 eggs, hard-boiled, halved and yolks removed
1 cup mayonaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 cup sweet relish
2 tbsp. capers
Paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Remove yolks and set egg whites aside. Mash yolks with the remaining ingredients. Spoon into egg whites, chill and serve.
