Cowboy Bean Casserole





1 cup diced ham
2 tbsp. margarine or
1 clover garlic, minced
1 can (1-1/4 lb.) baked beans
1 can (1-1/4 lb.) red kidney beans
1 can (14 oz.) lima beans, drained
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard with horseradish
1/2 cup catsup
3 tbsp. vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 md. onion, sliced


Saute ham in butter or margarine. Combine garlic, beans, ham, mustard, sugar, catsup, vinegar and seasonings. Pour into a greased casserole and top with onion slices. Cover and bake at 350 F. for 50 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
