Cold Chicken Pasta Salad

1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) rotelle noodles
3 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
1 cup zucchini, diced
1 cup tomatoes, diced and seeded
3/4 cup celery, diced
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 cup pine nuts
3 tbsp. fresh parsely, finely chopped

Instructions

Cook pasta; drain. Rinse with cold water and drain well. Add chicken, zucchini, tomatoes and celery. Place remaining ingredients in food processor and blend until well mixed. Chill dressing, covered, for 1 hour before adding to salad. Toss salad, coating well.
