Chinese Chicken Wings

3 lbs. chicken wings
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder


Mix all ingredients. Add wings and marinate overnight. (I have often marinated in fridge for 1 to 2 days.) Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Author's Comments

Really good and very simple recipe. I never have any leftovers when I serve these. This also works well with drumsticks. Marinating time is added in total time. You can also marinate, freeze, then thaw and bake.
