Chicken & Strawberry Salad

This tasty salad recipe is so easy to make and makes the perfect healthy and nutritious lunch.

3 strawberries, thinly sliced
15g/0.5oz spinach
3 spring onions, chopped
1/2 carrot, spiralled or grated
1 chicken breast


1.Grill the chicken breast under a medium/high heat until cooked (approx 15-20 mins), then slice.
2.Place the spinach on a plate then layer over with the rest of the ingredients.
3.Serve with our delicious sesame dressing
4.Enjoy! :)
