0.91 kg. carrots, peeled cooked and mashed
177.44 ml. half and half
3 eggs
7.39 ml. fresh minced parsley
4.93 ml. finely minced onion
Salt and pepper, to taste
9.86 ml. dill weed
1 pkg. (283.5 g.) frozen peas, cooked

Instructions

Combine first 7 ingredients. Pour into a well-greased 6 cup ring mold. Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes. Unmold unto serving plate. Fill center with peas.
