1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas in butter sauce
2 tbsp. water
1 md. zucchini, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. diced pimiento

Instructions

Cook peas according to the package directions. Pour into a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap and set aside. Mean while in a skillet, simmer water and zucchini over medium heat until water is evaporated and zucchini is tender. Stir in peas and pimiento.
