8 oz. unsalted butter
1 lb. cream cheese
1 tbsp. dried oregano
1 tbsp. dried dill
1 tbsp. dried thyme
1 tbsp. ground black pepper (finely ground)
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. ground marjoram

Instructions

Cream butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer. Add the spices and mix well. Place in a small bowl and cover. Place in the fridge overnight to let it set back up and let the flavors blend.

Author's Comments

I use this on sandwiches, cooked veggies and I put about a teaspoon on a tomato half and broil it just until it starts to melt. Great garnish with steak.
