Blueberry Croissant Breakfast Bake

8 oz. Cream Cheese
2/3 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Essence
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Milk
6 Croissants, torn into bitesize bits
Blueberry’s as preferred


Line deep tray with baking paper and preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

Add cheese, vanilla and sugar to bowl and combine. Add eggs and milk. Stir thoroughly.

Place croissant bits in prepared tray, evenly spaced. Pour over blueberries, then pour over mixture.

Bake for 35 minutes
