3/4 lb. ground pork
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 cup corn chips, finely crushed
1 cup green onion, thinly sliced
1 cup bottled chili sauce, divided
2 whole eggs, beaten
2-1/2 tsp. chili powder
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

Combine beef, pork, corn chips, onion, 1/4 cup chili sauce, eggs, chili powder, salt and pepper. Mix to blend well. Place in baking dish. Spread remaining 3/4 cup chili sauce over the loaf. Bake in a 450°F oven for 20 minutes.

We did meatloaf night at the diner again. So I thought I would check out foodgeeks this time. Blue Plate Meatloaf is the perfect name for this one Einar. It was the big seller out of the 6 that I made and we sold out of the 4 of yours as well. I took home a Big hunk for myself just for my wife and she loved it!
