1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 tsp. hot sauce
1 cup ketchup
1 tsp. lemon zest
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice


Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. Place in a sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
